Charlotte homes, two kinds of walls
Charlotte is a mix. Older neighborhoods closer to the center of the city still have original plaster walls and ceilings, while most of the suburbs are drywall, often with knockdown or orange-peel texture. They need different repairs, and we do both.
- Older homes: cracked and sagging plaster, lath-and-plaster repair, and skim coats over tired walls. See plaster ceiling repair.
- Newer homes: nail pops, settling cracks, cracked seams and texture-matched patches. See drywall & ceiling repair.
- Townhomes and condos: water coming through from the unit above or an attic HVAC unit. See water-damaged ceilings.
Commercial work in Charlotte
Offices, retail, restaurants and tenant fit-outs: steel stud, drywall and finishing on the GC's schedule. See commercial drywall.

What North Carolina customers say
Patriot Drywall was one of the best companies I have dealt with since moving down to NC. Very professional, friendly and pricing was very reasonable.
The team of John and Daniel was punctual, pleasant, courteous — good listeners, too… They worked efficiently and were non-intrusive… They left my room spotless.
Questions we get
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We work with insurance companies, homeowners, contractors, property managers and renters, and can document the damage and the repair for your adjuster.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every project is quoted individually, based on the labor time and materials it actually needs.
How should I get the room ready?
Clear the work area and the space around it as much as you can, and take down light fixtures in the work area beforehand. We bring every tool we need and cover floors and counters.
Do you warranty your work?
Our one-year workmanship warranty covers new installation work. Repair work is not covered by the written warranty.
