Types of drywall we install

- Moisture-resistant board for baths and laundry rooms
- Mold-resistant board for basements
- Fire-rated board for garages and where code requires
- Sound-control assemblies for theaters and offices
- Imperial veneer plaster over blue board
Why the install matters
Most drywall problems homeowners call us about later (nail pops, cracked seams, wavy walls) start with how the board was hung. Correct fastening, staggered seams and properly taped joints are what make a wall stay smooth for years.
Rooms we finish
Living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, laundry rooms, garages, basements, attics, bonus rooms and home theaters, plus offices and retail spaces.
How long it takes
A single room is often a few days from hang to paint-ready, because joint compound needs to dry between coats. A basement or addition takes longer. You'll get the timeline with the quote.
What affects the price
We don't charge by the hour. Every job is quoted on its own. The things that move the number are:
- How big the damaged or new area is, and how many rooms are involved
- Ceiling height and access (stairwells and two-story rooms need staging)
- The texture or finish that has to be matched
- Whether the damage goes past the drywall into insulation or framing
- Drywall vs. plaster: plaster takes more skill and more steps
- Whether you want us to prime, or hand off to your painter
A photo texted to us is often enough for a ballpark. The written quote comes after we see it.

A small place in my bathroom ceiling had to be cut out because of a leak. He repaired it beautifully!! Any debris from their work was cleaned up.
John and his crew were great for repairing some drywall in our rental property! It was super easy communicating and scheduling with them and even better they were able to knock it all out in one day!
